LEE COUNTY

ABA therapy in Lee County — in your home, across the river and beyond

In-home care in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, and the communities around them. Florida Medicaid and major insurance plans accepted.

Miami Supreme was founded in Miami-Dade by a father raising two children with Prader-Willi Syndrome, who couldn't find the kind of care he wanted for them and decided to build it. Lee County families deserve the same standard.

This county is spread wide and split by water. Cape Coral is the largest city in it, Lehigh Acres runs for miles inland, and the bridges shape everyone's day. A service that expects you to drive to it isn't really serving you.

Our clinical team comes to your home on a set schedule, and most of them speak both English and Spanish.

AREAS WE SERVE

Where we go in Lee County

Across the county, on both sides of the river. Families we serve are in—

Cape Coral · Fort Myers · Lehigh Acres · North Fort Myers · Bonita Springs · Estero · San Carlos Park · Gateway · Iona · Villas · Cypress Lake · Three Oaks · Fort Myers Beach · Sanibel · Captiva · Pine Island

— and in the neighborhoods in between that don’t always show up on a list. If you don’t see your area, call us. The honest answer is usually yes.

HOW CARE WORKS HERE

Care that crosses the bridges

All Lee County care is delivered in your home. No center to drive to, no bridge traffic to plan around, and no rearranging your week to fit someone else's hours.

In a county this spread out, that isn't a lesser version of the service. It's the one that actually fits how families here live.

In their own space

Your child learns where they actually live — their own kitchen, their own routines, their own siblings in the next room. Skills built at home tend to stay at home.

You're part of it

Parents aren't waiting in a lobby. You see what we do, you learn it, and you can carry it into the hours we're not there.

ENRICHMENT · COMMUNITY OFFERING

Art & Creativity and Music & Movement

Two enrichment programs that give children another way to express themselves and be around other kids. They aren’t clinical services and they aren’t billed to insurance — they’re something we offer because children need more than a treatment plan.

Coverage for Lee County families

Most families here are already covered. We accept Florida Medicaid along with Sunshine Health, Molina Healthcare, Children’s Medical Services, Ambetter Health, Simply Healthcare Plans, Florida KidCare, and Carelon Behavioral Health.

What your specific plan covers depends on the plan. Our authorizations team will check it for you and tell you plainly what we find — there’s no cost and no commitment to asking.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions Lee County families ask

Do you really come to my home?

Yes. All Lee County care is in-home. A member of our clinical team comes to you on a set schedule.

Do you serve Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres?

Both, along with the rest of the county. Cape Coral is the largest city in Lee, and Lehigh Acres covers a lot of ground — neither is an afterthought for us.

Do you have a center in Lee County?

Not yet. Our only center is in Doral, and Lee County families are served entirely in-home.

Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?

Yes. Most of our team is bilingual, and families are welcome to have sessions and conversations in Spanish.

What's the first step?

A phone call. We'll ask about your child, check what your insurance covers, and tell you plainly what we find. If a formal evaluation is needed before services can begin, we'll walk you through how that works and what your options are. Nothing is committed at that stage — it's a conversation.

What if we can't afford it?

Tell us anyway. Private pay is an option, and the Supreme Twins Foundation — a separate nonprofit founded by the same family — runs a Psychological Assessment Program that provides free clinical evaluations.
