MIAMI-DADE COUNTY

ABA therapy across Miami-Dade — at home, or at our Doral center

In-home care throughout the county, plus center-based care at our Doral center. Florida Medicaid and major insurance plans accepted.

This is where we started, and it's still where most of our families are. Miami Supreme was founded in Miami-Dade by a father raising two children with Prader-Willi Syndrome, who couldn't find the kind of care he wanted for them and decided to build it.

That means something practical for families here: our clinical team lives in this county. Our center is on N.W. 25th Street in Doral. When we say we'll come to you, we're not driving in from somewhere else.

We serve families from Aventura down to Florida City, and most of our team speaks both English and Spanish.

AREAS WE SERVE

Where we go in Miami-Dade

Miami-Dade is a big county, and we work across all of it. Families we serve are in—

Miami · Brickell · Coconut Grove · Coral Gables · South Miami · Pinecrest · Palmetto Bay · Cutler Bay · Kendall · Westchester · Sweetwater · Doral · Miami Springs · Hialeah · Hialeah Gardens · Miami Lakes · Miami Gardens · North Miami · North Miami Beach · Aventura · Sunny Isles Beach · Key Biscayne · Miami Beach · Surfside · Bal Harbour · Bay Harbor Islands · Homestead · Florida City

— and in the neighborhoods in between that don’t always show up on a list. If you don’t see your area, call us. The honest answer is usually yes.

HOW CARE WORKS HERE

The only county where you have both

Across Florida, we bring care into the home. Miami-Dade is the one county where families can also come to us — our center at 7500 N.W. 25th Street in Doral is currently the only Miami Supreme location where care is delivered on site.

Most families choose one and stay with it. Some move between the two as their child grows. Either is fine, and you don't have to decide before you talk to us.

In your home

Your child learns where they actually live — their own kitchen, their own routines, their own siblings in the next room. Skills built at home tend to stay at home. Parents are part of the session, not waiting in a lobby.

At our Doral center

A space built for this, with fewer distractions and more structure. For some children that's the difference. For some parents, a center visit is simply easier than clearing the living room three afternoons a week.

ENRICHMENT · COMMUNITY OFFERING

Art & Creativity and Music & Movement

Two enrichment programs that give children another way to express themselves and be around other kids. They aren’t clinical services and they aren’t billed to insurance — they’re something we offer because children need more than a treatment plan.

INSURANCE & COVERAGE

Coverage for Miami-Dade families

Most families here are already covered. We accept Florida Medicaid along with Sunshine Health, Molina Healthcare, Children’s Medical Services, Ambetter Health, Simply Healthcare Plans, Florida KidCare, and Carelon Behavioral Health.

What your specific plan covers depends on the plan. Our authorizations team will check it for you and tell you plainly what we find — there’s no cost and no commitment to asking.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions Miami-Dade families ask

Do you really come to my home?

Yes. In-home care is how we started and it's still how most of our Miami-Dade families receive services. A member of our clinical team comes to you on a set schedule.

Who can use the Doral center?

Any family we serve in Miami-Dade. The center is at 7500 N.W. 25th Street, Suite 200. Some families use it exclusively, some split between home and center, and some never use it at all.

Do you go as far south as Homestead and Florida City?

Yes. We serve the full county, from the Aventura line down through Homestead and Florida City.

Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?

Yes. Most of our team is bilingual, and families are welcome to have sessions and conversations in Spanish.

What's the first step?

A phone call. We'll ask about your child, check what your insurance covers, and tell you plainly what we find. If a formal evaluation is needed before services can begin, we'll walk you through how that works and what your options are. Nothing is committed at that stage — it's a conversation.

What if we can't afford it?

Tell us anyway. Private pay is an option, and the Supreme Twins Foundation — a separate nonprofit founded by the same family — runs a Psychological Assessment Program that provides free clinical evaluations.
