Miguel Valdés started this agency after raising twin daughters with Prader-Willi Syndrome and searching — the way so many of our families have — for clinicians who would actually see his children. Are clinical roles employees or contractors?
Our clinical roles — BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT — are independent-contractor positions. Our office and administrative roles are employees.
Is the work in-home or at a facility?
Both. We deliver ABA in families' homes and at our Doral facility, so roles may involve one or both.
Do I need to be bilingual?
It's a plus, not always required — Spanish and English fluency helps us serve our families well.
What credentials do I need?
For clinical roles you'll need active BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT certification in good standing.
Which areas are you hiring in?
Miami-Dade, Broward (Fort Lauderdale), Palm Beach, Lee (Fort Myers), Monroe (the Keys), and Orlando (Orange County).
