ORANGE COUNTY

ABA therapy in Greater Orlando — now serving Central Florida families

In-home care across Orange County and the surrounding metro. Florida Medicaid and major insurance plans accepted.

Miami Supreme was founded in Miami-Dade by a father raising two children with Prader-Willi Syndrome, who couldn't find the kind of care he wanted for them and decided to build it. Orlando is where that work grows next.

We're new to Central Florida, and we'd rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. What isn't new is how we work: the same clinical standards, the same accreditation, the same insistence that families get told the truth about what we can and can't do.

Our clinical team comes to your home on a set schedule, and most of them speak both English and Spanish.

AREAS WE SERVE

Where we go in Greater Orlando

Across Orange County and the communities around it. Families we serve are in—

Orlando · Winter Park · Maitland · Apopka · Ocoee · Winter Garden · Windermere · Doctor Phillips · Horizon West · Lake Nona · Hunters Creek · Meadow Woods · Alafaya · Avalon Park · Union Park · Pine Hills · Belle Isle · Conway · Eatonville

— and in the surrounding Greater Orlando communities. If you don’t see your area, call us. The honest answer is usually yes.

HOW CARE WORKS HERE

New here, not new at this

All Orange County care is currently delivered in your home. We're building in Central Florida, and we'd rather do it properly than fast.

What comes with us is over ten years of doing this in South Florida — the same accreditation, the same clinical standards, and the same habit of telling families the truth about what we can do.

In their own space

Your child learns where they actually live — their own kitchen, their own routines, their own siblings in the next room. Skills built at home tend to stay at home.

The same standard

Full Accreditation from the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. A new market doesn't mean a different bar.

ENRICHMENT · COMMUNITY OFFERING

Art & Creativity and Music & Movement

Two enrichment programs that give children another way to express themselves and be around other kids. They aren’t clinical services and they aren’t billed to insurance — they’re something we offer because children need more than a treatment plan.

INSURANCE & COVERAGE

Coverage for Central Florida families

Most families here are already covered. We accept Florida Medicaid along with Sunshine Health, Molina Healthcare, Children’s Medical Services, Ambetter Health, Simply Healthcare Plans, Florida KidCare, and Carelon Behavioral Health.

What your specific plan covers depends on the plan. Our authorizations team will check it for you and tell you plainly what we find — there’s no cost and no commitment to asking.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions Central Florida families ask

Are you actually operating in Orlando yet?

Yes. We have staff on the ground in Central Florida and we're taking families now. Care is delivered in your home.

Do you serve outside Orange County?

We work the Greater Orlando area, which reaches past the county line in places. If you're in the metro and not sure whether you're in our area, call and ask.

Do you have a center in Orlando?

Not for services. Our only location where care is delivered on site is our Doral center in Miami-Dade. Central Florida families are served entirely in-home.

Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?

Yes. Most of our team is bilingual, and families are welcome to have sessions and conversations in Spanish.

What's the first step?

A phone call. We'll ask about your child, check what your insurance covers, and tell you plainly what we find. If a formal evaluation is needed before services can begin, we'll walk you through how that works and what your options are. Nothing is committed at that stage — it's a conversation.

What if we can't afford it?

Tell us anyway. Private pay is an option, and the Supreme Twins Foundation — a separate nonprofit founded by the same family — runs a Psychological Assessment Program that provides free clinical evaluations.
