Monroe County
ABA therapy in the Florida Keys — we make the drive
In-home care from Key Largo to Key West. Florida Medicaid and major insurance plans accepted.
Miami Supreme was founded in Miami-Dade by a father raising two children with Prader-Willi Syndrome, who couldn't find the kind of care he wanted for them and decided to build it. Finding that care in the Keys is harder still.
Families down here know the problem. Specialized pediatric services cluster on the mainland, and "we serve South Florida" usually stops somewhere around Homestead. Getting a child to a mainland appointment can cost a whole day.
So we come to you. Our clinical team drives the Overseas Highway on a set schedule, and most of them speak both English and Spanish.

HOW CARE WORKS HERE
Distance is our problem, not yours
All Monroe County care is delivered in your home. Key Largo to Key West is about a hundred miles on one road, and you already know what that drive costs. We're the ones who make it.
What we won't do is promise a schedule we can't keep. When we take on a family in the Keys, it's because we've worked out how to be there consistently — not occasionally.
In their own space
Your child learns where they actually live — their own routines, their own room, their own family around them. Skills built at home tend to stay at home.
A schedule we can hold
Before we start, we're honest about what we can sustain on your island. A consistent schedule matters more than an ambitious one, and we'd rather tell you the truth up front.

Questions Keys families ask
Do you really come all the way down here?
Yes. All Monroe County care is in-home, and our clinical team makes the drive on a set schedule. This isn't a mainland service that occasionally comes south.
How far down do you go?
The whole chain — Key Largo through Islamorada, Marathon, Big Pine, and out to Key West and Stock Island. If you're on a smaller key in between, call and ask.
Do you have an office in the Keys?
No. Our only center is in Doral, and Keys families are served entirely in-home. Given the drive, that's the arrangement that actually works for families down here.
Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?
Yes. Most of our team is bilingual, and families are welcome to have sessions and conversations in Spanish.
What's the first step?
A phone call. We'll ask about your child, check what your insurance covers, and tell you plainly what we find. If a formal evaluation is needed before services can begin, we'll walk you through how that works and what your options are. Nothing is committed at that stage — it's a conversation.
What if we can't afford it?
Tell us anyway. Private pay is an option, and the Supreme Twins Foundation — a separate nonprofit founded by the same family — runs a Psychological Assessment Program that provides free clinical evaluations.
Let's find out if we're a fit
You don't have to have it figured out before you call. Tell us where you are in the Keys and what's going on with your child, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
