PALM BEACH COUNTY

ABA therapy in Palm Beach County — in your home, on your schedule

In-home care from Tequesta down to Boca Raton. Florida Medicaid and major insurance plans accepted.

Miami Supreme was founded in Miami-Dade by a father raising two children with Prader-Willi Syndrome, who couldn't find the kind of care he wanted for them and decided to build it. That's the standard we brought north.

Palm Beach County is long. Tequesta to Boca Raton is forty miles of coastline, and a family in Jupiter and a family in Delray Beach are living in different worlds even though they share a county. We work the whole corridor.

Our clinical team comes to your home on a set schedule, and most of them speak both English and Spanish.

AREAS WE SERVE

Where we go in Palm Beach County

We work the coastal corridor, north to south. Families we serve are in—

West Palm Beach · Boca Raton · Boynton Beach · Delray Beach · Jupiter · Tequesta · Palm Beach Gardens · North Palm Beach · Riviera Beach · Lake Park · Palm Beach · Lake Worth Beach · Lantana · Greenacres · Palm Springs · Wellington · Royal Palm Beach · Loxahatchee

We don’t currently reach the Glades communities — Belle Glade, Pahokee, and South Bay. If you’re anywhere else in the county and don’t see your area listed, call us. The honest answer is usually yes.

Care without the commute

Care that comes to you

In Palm Beach County, all of our care is delivered in your home. There's no center to drive to and no waiting room — which matters more here than most places, given how far apart the ends of this county are.

It also means sessions fit around your actual week: school, siblings, work, and everything else already on the calendar.

No drive, no waiting room

A center visit in a county this long can mean an hour each way. We come to you instead, so the time goes to your child rather than to I-95.

Built around your week

Sessions are scheduled around school and the rest of your family's routine. Parents are part of the session, not waiting outside it.

ENRICHMENT · COMMUNITY OFFERING

Art & Creativity and Music & Movement

Most families here are already covered. We accept Florida Medicaid along with Sunshine Health, Molina Healthcare, Children’s Medical Services, Ambetter Health, Simply Healthcare Plans, Florida KidCare, and Carelon Behavioral Health.

What your specific plan covers depends on the plan. Our authorizations team will check it for you and tell you plainly what we find — there’s no cost and no commitment to asking.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions Palm Beach County families ask

Do you really come to my home?

Yes. All Palm Beach County care is in-home. A member of our clinical team comes to you on a set schedule.

Do you have a center in Palm Beach County?

Not yet. Our only center is in Doral, and Palm Beach County families are served entirely in-home.

Do you serve the Glades communities?

Not currently. Belle Glade, Pahokee, and South Bay are outside the area we can reach on a reliable schedule, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than take you on and fall short. If that changes, we'll say so.

Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?

Yes. Most of our team is bilingual, and families are welcome to have sessions and conversations in Spanish.

What's the first step?

A phone call. We'll ask about your child, check what your insurance covers, and tell you plainly what we find. If a formal evaluation is needed before services can begin, we'll walk you through how that works and what your options are. Nothing is committed at that stage — it's a conversation.

What if we can't afford it?

Tell us anyway. Private pay is an option, and the Supreme Twins Foundation — a separate nonprofit founded by the same family — runs a Psychological Assessment Program that provides free clinical evaluations.
