Some children do their best learning at home, surrounded by what's familiar. Others thrive with a change of scenery. We offer both, because families are different and one size has never fit all.
For many families, our therapists come to you — no traffic, no waiting rooms, no rearranging your whole week. For families who prefer it, our Doral center is open and ready. And for some, it's a mix of both over time. You don't have to decide everything today. We'll figure out what works as we go.

Coverage that travels with you
Insurance works the same no matter which county you’re in. We accept Florida Medicaid and a range of major plans, and for eligible children, ABA therapy is covered.
If you’re not sure whether your plan qualifies, we’ll check for you — it’s free, and there’s no commitment.

If money is the barrier, there's still a way
If your insurance isn't one we accept, private pay is still an option — and we'll walk you through it honestly.
And for families facing real financial hardship, there’s the Supreme Twins Foundation — a separate nonprofit, founded by the same family, that exists to help children reach care when circumstances get in the way. It’s a distinct organization with its own mission, and it’s there as a path when families need one.

Questions families ask about where we serve
Do you really come to my home?
In most of our service areas, yes — many families receive ABA therapy right at home. If in-home isn't the right fit, our Doral center is available too. We'll find the arrangement that works for your family.
My county isn't on the list. Can you still help?
Reach out anyway. Coverage areas can shift, and even when we can't serve a family directly, we'll do our best to point you somewhere that can.
Do you serve the Florida Keys?
Yes — we serve Monroe County. Because the Keys stretch a long way, the exact arrangement can vary, so the best next step is to contact us and we'll walk through the details with you.
Is the care the same in every county?
Yes. ABA therapy, our Art & Creativity and Music & Movement enrichment programs, and the insurance plans we accept are the same across every area we serve.
