ABOUT MIAMI SUPREME
Our story begins with two little girls
If you've spent late nights searching for the right help for your child — reading, comparing, second-guessing, hoping someone on the other end will finally understand — you already know how Miami Supreme began. We started in the same place you are now.
Built by parents who've walked in your shoes
Miami Supreme was founded by Miguel Valdés — not a clinician, but a father. He and his wife are raising twin daughters with Prader-Willi Syndrome, and the search they went through is the same one so many families know by heart: looking for therapists who would truly see their girls, not just process them as a case.
Along the way, they learned where the system falls short. How easy it is for parents to feel invisible. How often families are treated like paperwork instead of people.
So Miguel built the agency he wished his own family had found — in his words, "a concerned father turned businessman by necessity".
OUR STANDARD
Why we choose therapists the way we do
Because we've sat in the parent's chair, we hire differently. Credentials are the floor, not the finish line — what we look for is harder to measure: a therapist who connects with your child, meets their energy, and earns their trust. Your family is part of the care team, not a bystander to it. No over-explaining, no apologizing, no feeling watched — just a space where children are celebrated, not corrected.
OUR DUAL MISSION
One family, two missions
Miami Supreme is one half of a larger commitment. The agency provides direct services — ABA therapy, plus art and music enrichment. Alongside it stands Supreme Twins Foundation, a separate nonprofit dedicated to neurodivergent children and their families, for which Miami Supreme serves as founding corporate partner and primary funder. Two distinct organizations, one belief: no family should be left out for lack of access or means.

Care you can trust
Heart leads here — but it's backed by real standards. Miami Supreme holds BHCOE Full Accreditation, the independent, gold-standard review of clinical quality in the ABA field and is licensed by Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration. NPI 1841862919. For over ten years, we've worked alongside more than 500 children and their families across Florida — long enough to know what good therapy looks like, and what it doesn't.
HOW WE SERVE
How we show up for your child
Care should fit your family's life, not the other way around. We provide ABA therapy, plus art and music enrichment — in your home or at our Doral center, whichever serves your child best. We accept Florida Medicaid and major insurance plans, and we work with families across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Monroe, Lee, and Orange counties. Many of our families are bilingual, and so are we.
Let's take the first step together
You don’t have to have it all figured out to reach out. Tell us a little about your family, and we’ll help you understand your coverage and what comes next — same day or next day.
